Businesses can purchase SAP Business One at a one-time cost depending on the license. Purchasing individual licenses does not cover annual maintenance that may be necessary, including software bug fixes, upgrades, and patch releases.

Each package includes one license, so if you wish to purchase the package for multiple people, multiply the package price by the number of users.

The different tiers for one-time purchases include:

  • Professional: $3,213 each

      (Including first year annual maintenance[AMC])

The professional user license provides businesses with unlimited access to SAP Business One’s features, including financial management, sales, customer management, purchasing and inventory control, etc.

  • Limited: $1,666 each

       (Including first year annual maintenance[AMC])

Limited user licenses have limited access to a particular professional area. For example, financial employees would access the limited use license for SAP Business One’s financial accounting services.​

2.  SAP Business One Partner Hosted Model

        (excludes Implementation cost)

The SAP Partner Hosted version of the SAP Business One includes a multitenant environment. Businesses gain access to a more secure network shared with multiple companies through the SAP Partner Hosted version. The Partner Hosted version requires three users for a one-year commitment and does not include implementation or training.

The prices for the SAP Partner Hosted version include:

  • SAP Partner Hosted Professional: $188 per user per month

The professional user license provides businesses with unlimited access to SAP Business One’s features, including financial management, sales, customer management, purchasing and inventory control, etc.

  • SAP Partner Hosted Limited: $112 per user per month

Limited user licenses have limited access to a particular professional area. For example, financial employees would access the limited use license for SAP Business One’s financial accounting services.

3.  SAP Business One Cloud SaaS Model

      (includes Implementation cost)

SAP Business One Implementation Cost

In addition to purchasing a Perpetual license or monthly subscription, client will also incur the cost of Implementation. It incorporates System Configuration, Master Data and Opening balances Migration, User training, and support services.
