Can I place an order over the phone?
We can only accept orders placed through website. If you are having trouble accessing the site for any reason please reach out to us at our support email.
Do you guys have a customer service line I can contact?
We do not have any phone line to contact us directly. If you have any inquires or issues please use the contact page and reach out to us via our support email.
Once I place an order when will my account be charged?
If you place an order on our website, you will be charged the full cost of the order immediately. If this is not the case please reach out to us at our support email to get the issue resolved.
Why is there no tax?
We cover the tax with our shipping fee. As of now there is no tax but this subject to change at our disgression.
My card was charged but I still haven't recived a shipping conformation number, whats the issue?
In some cases it may take up to two or three day to verify your payment. This happens to make sure none of the money bounces or is fraudulent. After everything is checks out it should proceed normally, if there are any other issues contact us at our support email.
When will I get my tracking info?
You'll recieve your tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed the order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can't find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to three days for your tracking link to update.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once it ships?
Domestic orders normally arrive within three to seven days of shipping, unless otherwise noted. Once the product leaves our wearhouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. Unfortunately we can't control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our wearhouse. Contacting the carriers is the best way to get insight into your package's location and estimated delivery date.
